The Adelante Group is an Executive Mentoring organisation, focused on CEOs and senior Group Executives, featuring Australia's most experienced team of corporate mentors.

Executive Mentoring provides a means to significantly enhance a senior executive's performance, broaden their perspective and support transition into a more senior role or into a more complex business.

Our programme aims to:

• enhance the performance of an executive in their current role
• address specific development areas and business challenges identified in the organisation
• provide challenge and an alternative perspective to guide new approaches
• offer new ideas and a different view on the future
• support transition to a new and more challenging role in the business

All of our work is delivered by one of our principals. Each of our principals has had an international, significant career both as a CEO and as an external executive mentor, with extensive experience assisting CEOs. We have worked with many of Australia's top corporations, at Group Executive and Group CEO level, assisting top performers to enhance their performance further. Our mentors have proven mentoring capability - people who can build strong relationships with clients, challenge assumptions, understand strategic thinking and seek better ways to lead.

With five principals, we are able to match clients to the most appropriate mentor. We can also accommodate several senior clients within the one organisation by drawing on the resources of our team of principals.

All our work involves a confidential relationship between client and mentor. Whilst we are happy to discuss general progress with an organisation, we create a 'confidential relationship of trust' between mentor and client which excludes us from providing detailed information to the client's organisation. The mentor will meet the sponsor company management regularly to gain feedback on progress and refine the focus as required, but this can vary in detail by client.
